What is the process to file a claim?

Claim filing is a simple two-step process:

1. Notification: A Claim notification must be given to Chola MS as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event not later than 30 days of occurrence of the insured event. 

2. Document submission: In addition to such immediate notice of occurrence or commencement of loss the Insured shall also furnish further particulars as may be required in the Claim Form provided by the Chola MS. The completed Claim form with written evidence of loss of Income in the form of claim documents as mentioned in the policy must be furnished to Chola MS at the earliest, but not later than thirty (30) days after the date of such loss.
